Brainy Parenting – “Win a Full Brainy Bundle” Promotion

1. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens [Monday 10 November 2025, 2pm NZT] and closes Thursday 27 November 2025, 5:00 p.m. NZT. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
3. How to Enter
Complete the entry form provided through Meta or the official Brainy Parenting landing page by submitting your name and valid email address. One entry per person. No purchase is required.
4. Prize
One winner will receive a digital licence for the Full Brainy Parenting Bundle (9 seminars) valued at $167. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be randomly selected by the Promoter on Thursday 27 November 2025, 6:00 p.m. NZT. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours and announced on Brainy Parenting’s official social-media channels. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the prize may be re-drawn at the Promoter’s discretion.

By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the promotion and, if consented, for receiving marketing communications. (a) The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
(b) The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues or entries not received.
(c) The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and to cancel or amend the promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise.
9. Governing Law
The promotion is governed by the laws of New Zealand and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
